Competition runs from 12:00pm AEDT 01/04/23 – 11:59pm AEDT 28/04/23.
The competition is open to all followers or members of the Dux Hot Water Australia Facebook Page & Instagram Page who are residents of Australia except employees of the promoter, and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
The promotion commences on the date the competition is posted and ends on the 28th April 2023 or as outlined in the competition specific details below. The competition will be monitored by representatives appointed by the promoter. The representative’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be selected from entrants from Dux Hot Water Australia Facebook Page & Instagram Page, as outlined in the competition specific T&Cs below.
Winners will be selected by the Dux Hot Water Social Media Team on 12:00pm AEDT on 01/05/23. Winner will be contacted by the Official Dux Hot Water Australia account ONLY. To be a valid entrant, participants must meet the competition requirements:
- follow entry method (follow Dux Hot Water on Facebook and/or Instagram)
- tag a friend in the comment (of at least one person)
- each additional tag equals an additional entry
This data will be used for the sole purpose of selecting and contacting the winners. This data will not be used by any third-party apps or services.
Participants cannot enter over the phone or via email.
Participants must be following Dux Hot Water on Facebook or Instagram at time of draw.
1 prize is available; prize is one Apple iPhone 14 128GB model in your choice of an available colour, valued at $1399 AUD. No trade-in option will be available. Applecare+, customization, headphones and other accessories are not included in the prize. The winner can choose an alternative phone up to the value of $1399. If the chosen phone is higher in value, the winner is required to pay the difference. If the chosen phones value is less than $1399, the balance will not be given as cash or vouchers to the winner.
Prizes will be distributed as soon as possible after the promotion has ended.
It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to the promoter’s best method of contact, whether it be a Facebook message, Instagram DM or email, and advise their details for further correspondence regarding delivery/pick up of the prize. Winners may be required to supply their postal details to receive their prize. Failure to do so, or failure to reply to the promoter within 48 hours will result in another winner being chosen. Dux Hot Water will never ask for you to follow a link, enter your credit card details or provide any other personal information other than what is listed above.
Prizes are not transferable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable.
All decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
By claiming their prize, winners authorise the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner related to the promotion.
